How to prepare a solution of CMT-3 (or Col-3) to evaluate cell cytotoxicity?

I am trying to evaluate the cytotoxicity of CMT-3 (MMP inhibitor) in cancer cell lines. I have prepared a stock solution in DMSO. Now, I am trying to prepare my work solution in water with a final concentration of DMSO of 20% but CMT-3 isn't dissolved at a final concentration of 2 mM. I am using concentrations already described in the literature. I would like to know if anyone has worked with this compound and how to prepare the solution. Thanks

The dimethyl sulfoxide ( DMSO ) is very soluble in organic solvents and in water , perhaps what might be decreasing the concentration of CMT -3, or increase the percentage of 30% DMSO . I hope this opinion be useful.
