The magnitude of shear stress in microchannels can be calculated using the formula spf.sr*spf.mu. I think that, theoretically, the shear stress formula for rectangular channels (6µQ/wh^2) has many assumptions, and It causes different from the results of COMSOL. Please find the OSI formula in the attached file. Then, based on that, first, add the time average and time integral from Results-Data Sets- more Data Sets. finally, you can add a 2D Plot Group with Surface (make sure the Data Set is set on time average or time integral) and capture shear stress on the targeted surface.
