I would like to use a peristaltic pump that applies minimum shear stress on the roller part. It is also important to have a multi-channel pump since many parallel experiments at the same time need to be done. Can you suggest such peristaltic pump model/brand?

maybe it is possible to use a pneumatic pump to move the liquids? There is no shear of that kind and the flow is completely pulsationless. Further a large range of flow velocities can be achieved ( up to 6 oders of magnitude, i.e. 1 nl/min ... 1ml/min)

You can use an ordinary peristaltic pump for the application by adjusting the clearance between the roller and tube to minimize shear. Also you must use low flow velocities and thin tubes for further reduction of shear. This is how adjustments are generally made while circulating animal cells in bioreactors.

You need to consider that in principle peristaltic pumps work by using shear stress as the "driving force". So if you want to minimize shear on your cell suspension, you should think of changing to pump type which uses another fluidization mechanism as Claus Fütterer suggested.
