I would like to bond my PDMS chip to a glass but the size of my chip will be greater than a usual glass slide. Therefore, I need to bond it to a larger glass. Is that possible? Or can it be bonded to another PDMS layer instead?

Su Ildiz PDMS bonds well to glass. If you have a large glass surface you could spin coat a thin layer of PDMS and then place your chip on top of it and it should bond when the PDMS sets up. You could also pour some PDMS on your glass and use a slide to spread the PDMS out then let is self level and then place your chip in the PDMS.
Dear Adam Weidling thank you very much for your answer. The problem is, I do not know if such large glasses are available for that purpose. Because as far as I see, people use microscopy glass slides. There are fused-silica wafers with 4 inch size but they are extremely expensive.
