Is gallic acid standard curve procedure similar to Trolox standard curve?
Initially, how much quantity of Trolox should be weighed? Is it diluted in methanol or ethanol, which is better? Because it doesn't dissolve in water completely. How are standard solutions made? I saw they are expressed in mg/ml or mM, and dilutions are consecutive between flasks. Is the absorbance range from 0.2 to 0.7 like in gallic acid standard curve?
Is it theoretically correct an absorbance higher than 1?
