hello, I am a second-year graduate student. When I induce the adipocytes in Six-well plates(Used with 0.5mM IBMX、0.25uM Dex and 1ug/m insulin),I find they are reticulated next day. Then they are all died in second day. I think there no problem in operating about culturing cell.Thank you for your help.
