I would like to study how exosomes transfer proteins between cells, I want to label exosome with fluorescent dye and use some dye labaled protein. The problem is how to incorporate this protein inside exosomes. I would like to track using fluorescent microscope.

Or cans someone suggest other method and approach to track protein transport trough exosomes?
