How to implement mid-storey isolation in SAP2000?

I am trying to implement the rubber Isolator as an Inter-Storey Isolator but SAP2000 does not understand the Isolator is in the middle of the structure. It does not affect the movement of the structure.

It seems the Isolator placed on the screen not on the structure as shown in the figure.

Any advise? Please
