What is the load combination for Dead, Live and seismic load based on American codes?

I got confused between these two load combinations:

1.2DL+1.0LL+1.0E

1.2DL+0.5LL+1.0E

I am doing Time history, response spectrum and push over analysis on RCC frame using SAP2000.
