Hello everyone,

I am recently doing research on Artemia Urmiana and going to study genetic diversity using ISSR. I think for designing related primers I need to know about the type of microsatellite sequences present in its genome. But unfortunately, I could not find the genome sequences in NCBI or other Genome Browsers. I think there is no complete genome sequence for Artemia Urmiana. And even I have the same problem in designing primers to measure expression of some Artemia genes such as HSP70 using real-time PCR. Because again I could not find its own sequence in NCBI.

Does anyone have an experience on this matter? Or could anyone please help me to find its microsatellite sequences?

Thanks in advance,
