I am struggle figuring out how to download the transcriptome data from NCBI. I tried to follow some youtube videos posted by NCBI long time ago but it won't work. I downloaded SRA toolkit and the command line program fasterq-dump and prefetch won't show the data of the accession number that I am looking for. So, could you please share your knowledge about solving my issue. Also, do you know where can I get an access to the plant transcriptome data.
