Hi,
I want to determine the Optimal Cut-off in CAD Disease to find the Sensitivity, Specificity,PPV, NPV, and Area under the ROC curve.
What do you mean by optimal? I assume you have an ROC curve. How did you get the ROC curve? What is CAD disease? Best wishes David Booth
Dear David Eugene Booth thank you for your reply
CAD Stands for coronary artery disease
and I want a method that " how Graphpad specify the Cut-off value " for me
regards
Thanks very much for your reply. I believe the attached Google search should answer all of your questions. Best wishes David Booth
David Eugene Booth thank you
appreciate it
