There are four groups in our study and we measured the study parameters in two different time period in each group. So, there are two data for each group, for instance food intake from 01-30 days and food intake from 31 - 60 days. I want to compare the data in the following ways.

First, i want to compare the data of first duration between four groups, i.e. the food intake of animals from day 01 to 30 in all four groups.

Likewise, the data of the second duration between the four groups, i.e. the food intake of animals from day 31 to 60 in all four groups.

Thirdly, the data of the both first duration and second duration of the same group, i.e. food intake of animals of the same group between first 30 days vs next 30 days.

As, i assumed that, one way anova may not be suitable as each group has two sets of data. Is it possible to compare the data of this study by two way-anova. If yes, what kind of post-hoc test should be applied?.

Thanking You in advance for your kind support in this regard.
