Depends on what you are looking for, a first approach could be to install QGIS and check the OpenLayers plugin or QuickMapServices. If you later need specific remote sensing data, you can just add it to your project.

Once I downloaded the raw data from alaska website. There are no parameters for the satellite such as doppler freq, pulse duration, PRF, minimum range distance, antenna length...etc in metadata file. Where can I get the raw data with its processing parameters?
