A quantitative RT PCR assay was performed with a panel of low, weak, medium and high positive and negative members in one batch for 5 days at 3 different (sites, machines and operator). How to calculate the inter-assay, intra-assay variation for the same? Do I have to calculate for individual members of the panel and then take an average of their coefficients of variation?
