i have done triplicate experiment for nitric oxide assay and i take 25-225ug/ml concnetration. and i got 3 absorbance value for each concnetration. but dont understand how to calculate IC 50 value for treiplicate experment. please help me to find out this.

First, you have to transform the absorbances in inhibition rates. something like this : (Abs control - Abs(test))/Abs control *100 and you should have results between 0 and 100%. Afterward, you need to fit a curve and calculate the concentration that gives you 50% response.
