I am using SAS for mixed model analysis, PROC MIXED with repeated measures. Does anyone have a code for calculating effects size, especially the partial-eta2?
How accurate is to calculate Cohen's D based on calculation of SD from SE provided by the model?

Hi Stephen,
If you add the option "effectsize" to the model statement (same place as "ss3" and "solution") it should produce both sets of partials (I suggest using the "eta" results, not "omega").
i.e.
proc glm data =gs order=data;
class OneAAb;
model EDV = OneAAb AGE SEX ANYAE300 SBP /ss3 solution effectsize;
lsmeans OneAAb / stderr clpdiff;
run;
quit;

Giovane, Ali's model seems to be a mixed model not a mixed ANOVA.
