I agree with Stéphane Joost , Geoda is a very simple software where you can easily compute Moran-I. They have a very detailed manual/tutorial in their website.

'spded' package offers a wide range of functions but is a bit more tricky. Anyway, I think this vignette is quite easy to follow and shows exactly the type/format of data you need to compute spatial statistics. Have a look at this https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/spdep/vignettes/CO69.html
