I have get the correct xml file from Beauti and it can work on Beast, but I can not do the EBSP analysi using the Tracer 1.6. 'Fatal exception during initiating group: group size0 should be integer" Can you tell me how to overcome it?

You cannot use Tracer to plot EBSP output as I remember. The easiest way is to go to the folder with the output of BEAST and plot using Excel or R the file *.csv

It should be formed automatically at the end of EBSP run in the output folder.
