You can convert the raw file into a word or notepad then you can plot by using Origin software. Ask the person who operates the TGA to give word/notepad file format will be easy.

I usually use TA Universal Analysis (it's a free software from TA).

If it does not work, you can try change the name of the file and delete .001 from the file name, it might give you problems with the file extension.
