I prepared, separately, rabbit anti-rat P4HB (1:50 dilution) and rabbit anti-rat CD68 (1:100 dilution) primary antibodies in 10% normal goat serum (in TTBS w/ 0.05% Triton-X 100, as per our usual protocol). I cannot process the IHC slides on the same day, due to unforeseen circumstances. Are my diluted antibodies stable in the refrigerator for a day or two? The stock CD68 antibody should be stored in the fridge anyway, but the stock P4HB antibody needs to be in the freezer.
