(A) Cancer cells in 6-well plates were treated with mouse pept ( 2 mM), human peptide (4 mM) or control peptide (4 mM) in a medium containing 2% FBS for the cells for 10 days. The media were changed every other day, and cells were harvested and counted using the trypan blue exclusion assay.

My question is here: are they treating the cells with the peptide just one time at the initiation of the experiment and changing the medium every day, or do they treat the cells every day with the peptide as well as changing the media?
