I'm trying to compare the three methods that have TCID50 values, but seemingly different units to make sure I understand their performance. The following reflects measurements using heat inactivated respiratory virus to determine the lower limit of detection of the method:

Method A: 340 per ml

Method B: 140 per ml

Method C: 22.5 per swab

In method C, I see a description showing that a contrived nasal swab sample was prepared by absorbing 20 microliters of each virus dilution onto the swab. Could someone clarify how to account for this? Is the TCID50 1,125 per ml then for method C?
