Will be completing immunofluorescence experiments in formalin fixed mouse spinal cord/DRG and wanted to know if anyone could recommend antibodies for NF200, CGRP or IB4 that they've used in the past that have worked well for them? Thanks for any input!

Hi Larry, we also use the N4142 anti-NF200 Abs from Sigma and find it very good! But we only use it in vibratome cut floating sections... Never tried on cryosections or paraffin sections...

I'd recommend doing a search on BenchSci (https://www.benchsci.com) and filter by the specific application that you plan to perform. You can review a list of antibodies that have been published as well as the published data.
