I want calculate activity enzyme as peroxidase in nanocomposite with the 4-AAP and H2O2 substrates(method Worthigton), but I dont have formula standard.
Please guide me.

You need to know the amount of protein present in your nanocomposite.
You can prep[are a homogenous suspension in buffer or solvent according to the suitability of your enzyme.
A fixed amount of your suspension with known amount of protein can be used to calculate the enzyme activity.

I use reduced graphene oxide and gold nanoparticles as artificial enzyme.
I want calculate activity unit per mg for nanocomposite and compare with activity enzyme HRP.

Hello Esmaeiy,
You can study the conversion of substrate into product in terms of umole/ml/minute.
if you are using nanoparticle in place of enzyme for the catalysis then consider the amount of nanoparticles equivalent amount of protein taken for the calculation of U/mg. However it may not agree with the BSA standard or exactly protein but rate of conversion of substarte can be calculated.
