There is a lot of literature available related to Heterodera schachtii on web where you can find its classification. Regarding the identification of nematodes, this one is a plant parasitic nematode and primarily they are identify based on presence of stylet. then you will be needed to go for morphotaxometry and comparison with standard species.

Just collect the literature on different species of Heterodera and make the tables of comparison of De Man indices including the measurements of your specimens (both for male and females), compare them their morphology and if possible molecular study. I'll try to find some good literature on the issue and will send.

Dear Kawas, if you isolated the cysts of Heterodera from Beet roots  it will be the first indication that the nematode is H.schachtii.

To identify the cyst nematodes we depend on the morphology of the end of  nematode cysts.
