I am interested in potentially using commercially available customized HPC molecular dynamics simulations. However, I cannot find pricing information on the websites of the vendors. Could someone who has had experience with such services please let me know what kind of price range I might expect for a customized molecular dynamics service? Since you already have interested suppliers, why not contact their customer service for quotations? Different companies have different technical support services and final delivery quality, so it’s difficult to compare, depending on whether you care more about data quality or cost.

Is there a particular reason you require commercial software? Are you requiring proprietary force fields or consulting services in addition to the simulation capability? If not, I would strongly encourage you to first scope out no cost simulation packages such as GROMACS, LAMMPS, DL_Poly, etc. These do have a learning curve but there is a great deal of learning material on the web as well as many discussion forms. You can work with your institution computing/HPC facilities or setup your own research node/cluster with regards to running simulations.
