Hi everyone,

I have a technical question. I am performing some TEER measurements of ex vivo intestine tissues on ussing chambers. The problem is as I measured current I kept the lumen side with glucose. I understand glucose transportation may be coupled to K+ flow and that will impact current readouts. How does that affect the interpretation of my data? Do people usually switch glucose to mannitol on the lumen side? Is there any paper that doesn't switch and can still make conclusions on the TEER data? Any help will be appreciated!
