Usually, when we are preparing the solution by mixing the solvent and solute, I understand that it has been dissolved or not, only by inspection. But, I want to know if there is any parameter by which the level of solubility can be measured. For instance, if I dissolve the cholesterol with solvent A, B & C and the observation as follows, not dissolved in solution A, dissolved in both B and C. How can I choose one among B and C?
It could be a follow-up of a parameter that is easy to measure as for example the refractive index. If adding more solute, and this is not modified, the dissolution is already saturated. It could also be done with the density or viscosity.
Use an spectroscopic method, such as UV–Vis or Fluorescence, although I'm not sure if cholesterol has any measurable absorption or emission by these techniques.

compounds having similar polarity are more soluble in one another, for example formamide or water and hexane and heptane. Moreover the solubility changes with temperature. There are numerous data sets liquid-liquid equilibrium as Liquid-liquid Equilibrium Data Collection, the Chemistry Data Series.
You should also make the solubility curves if there isn´t data from the systems of interest.
