I do understand that, by reviewing the literature we can collect the information about the phytochemicals of the medicinal plants. I am interested to know that, is there any repository or database which can give complete information about phytochemistry of plants?

As far as I know, you can check NAPRALERT (natural Product alert) database (http://www.napralert.org/) for not only phytochemical but also ethnobotanical uses etc. You can also check Dr. Duke's phytochemical and ethnobotanical databases (http://www.ars-grin.gov/duke/). There are many other databases (http://www.ars.usda.gov/News/docs.htm?docid=8875; http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3867654/; http://www.herbmed.org/links.html). You can also contact FRLHT, Bangalore or read books of CSIR-CIMAP and CSIR on the subject pertaining to medicinal and aromatic plants.
Many articles, books are published may search on google, the plant kingdom is huge, roughly 250 thousands plants are estimated in total, the Chemical and Bio Markers are also very few are available, lot of scope and good working is required.

@ Annadurai - Lot of information can be gathered through I-net browsing. Specific websites suggested by Dr Rao and Dr Lavekar will be immensely informative for the same.

Once I asked the same question "Is there a database enlisting signature metabolites in particular plant species?" You may see different answers provided by the experts. What I found the best is NaPRALERT (Natural Products Alert) database but it is paid one. In my opinion, searching the literature through different databases is manual, time requiring, tedious but authentic source of such information.
Go systematically, priorities or categorize the plants on family or wild, cultivated, region, country wise, medicinal, commercial, fruits, food related etc. and accordingly collect the information and then record in a specially prepared proforma. Such work may be a life time many many scientists
Let me add that in spite of the truckload of information you can get from the several databases suggested on this thread, it may be nearly impossible to fully exhaust information on the phytoconstituents of any one plant species, genus or family. New information abounds every day, and so you may be safer to state a time frame within which a particular phytoconstituent search was conducted. This is especially useful if you are considering a review of a particular specie, genus or family.
For getting complete list of phytochemicals, you need to first know what chemicals has been isolated from plants and then look them in the databases for more information. So it is bit tricky. Merck manual and sigma aldrich can provide you the list of phytochemicals. Dictionary of Natural Products (if you can get the printed or online version) will provide you complete list of chemicals obtained from natural sources. Dictionary of Alkaloids will give you all list of alkaloids up-to-date. NAPPRALERT and SciFinder can supplement the above. Check this website for details: http://www.chemnetbase.com/
