I need to execute the experiment on Triton WR 1339 induced hyperlipidemic rat model. The dose of Triton is 200mg/kg of body weight. I need some tips concerning this:

1. It is observed that many solutions are used as solvents for Triton WR 1339 such as saline solution (pH 7.4), Phosphate buffer (pH 7.2), 4% DMSO. Which solvent is best to dissolve the Triton WR 1339?

2. We purchased Triton WR 1339 from Sigma and it is in viscous liquid state (before i assume that, it is in powder form). So, if I want to prepare the Triton as 200mg / kg, how I can prepare?

3. Which is advisable either to prepare the Triton freshly on each time of experiment or prepare the stock and use it frequently. If preparing stock is ideal, how long it can be stored?
