Hello everybody,
I am performing gene expression analysis using the Bio-Rad CFX maestro Software. I have different strains which I set up as "biological groups". In different plates I put my biological rpelicates, which will have the same biological group names repsectively. When then I enter these plates in the Gene Study window of the software, it recognizes the samples as techinal replicates, but they are actually biological replicates. How do I solve this?

You can add unique codes to samples and repeat each sample as technical replicate.
