I am planning to carry out repeated measures latent class analysis (RMLCA, also called longitudinal latent class model/analysis). I am a R user using Mac so I was wondering if anyone knows any R packages for this analysis? I also would like to know any learning material/videos/tutorial/codes for this. Thank you!
The LMest package can handle latent Markov models (also known as latent transition analysis):

If you are modeling one or more binary response variables, you may want to check out the randomLCA package by Ken Beath (See sources below). This package allows the incorporation of random effects (cross-sectional and longitudinal). Data frames are composed in a wide format (e.g., presence of symptom A at time 1, time 2, ..., time n).
