For some time, I have been studying how porosity, inclusions and surface roughness contribute to build up of localised equivalent plastic strain. For this I have used a simple strain hardening model. I now want to extend that work to include more complex material models: Bauschinger effect, kinematic hardening, Johnson-Cook, ratcheting, etc. I'm currently thinking cyclic loading, but quasi-static. My initial review of the topic has thrown up so many recent developments in the field that I think the appropriate first step is to write a detailed review paper. So, please consider this an invitation. If you have worked in this field and you have written papers I should include in the review, please let me know. If you would like to collaborate with me to co-author the review paper, again, please let me know. I have written a similar post to this in LinkedIn. I want to be as inclusive as possible, so please feel free to share to colleagues, or make suggestions to me as to how to reach out more effectively! Thank you!
