Thank-you but I am not sure ITK SNAP would work. Contrary to the name of the ImageJ plug-in, it is not to analyze MRI scans. I am trying to measure the area for a scratch assay. I believe I found a solution. I upgraded ImageJ to Fiji (essentially the exact same thing) and am using a plug in from MiToBo.
