I used multiple imputation in SPSS to deal with missing values, now I am moving the imputed dataset (which includes 5 iterations) to R in order to conduct a PERMANOVA. How do I tell R to give me the pooled results of all 5 imputed iterations of the dataset?
Can you specify what the issue is? How to load the data in R, how to organise the data in R, or how to perform the PERMANOVA?
For the latter you can use e.g.
vegan::adonis(formula, data)
as explained in the [documentation of vegan](https://rdrr.io/rforge/vegan/man/adonis.html).
What is the format of your dataset? Do you get any error messages?
For some reason, your full reply is not loading so my apologies if I am missing something. I already have the data loaded in R and I have performed the PERMANOVA with one iteration of the dataset. In SPSS (another stats program), when I run any analyses, I get the results from from each iteration of the imputed dataset plus pooled results but SPSS cannot perform the PERMANOVA. I am wondering if there is a way to get pooled results from all iterations of the dataset when conducting the PERMANOVA in R.
