I am trying to determine if Het3 mice produce antibody to a compound. This compound should be non-immunogenic. They have not been exposed to anything else. Apart from injecting mice with an immunogenic compound, i.e. Ova, is there a naturally produced antibody found in these mice at a high enough level that could be used as a positive control?
