Does someone know a strategy to co-culture MSCs and colon cancer cells?
What is purpose of this experiment? I think you have to culture them according to your experimental requirements
The aim is to investigate the influence MSCs to propagation and migration colon cancer cells.
You may use a transwell(8um) and Brdu label to observe cell migration and propagation, respectively.
