I'm using the Miltenyi Biotec NK MACS medium however the protocol says to use 5% AB Serum, is it possible to substitute the HS for HSA? IL-2 and IL-15 will be added to the media to help with NK cell proliferation.
Albumin is only one component of serum. I wouldn't expect that it can be substituted for complete serum in cell culture.
