We published this procdure. Works at pretty low levels (a couple mg fresh weight of plant material). There are some commercial kits (Phenomenex), but they lack the low level sensitivity. Hope this helps. Jerry

I use ethylchloroformate/ethanol and NaOH instead of NH4OH. It works well though I need the MS for Ser/Thr
