I worked out the total protein, albumin, globulin and albumin:globulin ratio. I read that for humans the ideal albumin:globulin ratio is 2:1. In my study i observed very very small value like 0.211 in serum and 1.4 in liver. What does this mean? Or what is the significance of A/G ratio? Could anybody please elaborate.
