I can't find a regeneration protocol for this type of resin specifically, only how to do a cleaning for size exclusion chromatography resins, in a general way.
For like 10 - 20 uses or something you just need to wash the column with your filtered buffer or filtered and degassed water. You need to make sure that you run at a volume of 2 * the void volume of the column. You can figure out the void volume by running Dextran Blue through the column.
When your column seems get moldy or something, you have to repack it by pouring it into a container with 0.1 molar sodium hydroxide. Use copious amounts of exchanges with water to get the pH to neutral ~ 7. Then use copious amounts of water to make sure the liquid flowing through the column is neutral pH. Just check the pH with pH paper. Your column is clean now.
