I've worked with galactomannan and xylan oligosaccharides and as you are interested in a specific population of oligosaccharides there are a couple of approaches you can try.
1) perform a sequential dialysis step using dialysis membranes with the MW you're interested in as exclusion limits. The dialysis membranes are commercially available in the form of tubing or cassettes. Whether you choose to conduct your dialysis using tubing or cassettes depends on the volume of sample you have available.
2) inject your sample (extract or standards) in a gel permeation column (GPC). There are several resins commercially available with variable Mw ranges (Sephacryl, Superose, BioGel) and you can choose the one that fits best to your needs. Your sample of FOS should elute between the void volume (V0) and the total volume of the column (Vt).
