I would like to hear from you that clarification of real mt genes from their nuclear copies. One thing I suggest, if I can submit the genes to databases like genebank or BOLD, is it prove that the gene is a real mt gene? When I go to publish one of my papers, one reviewer asking about this matter to clarify whether mt genes are ral or numt?

Yes, Actually i am not dealing with numts.... I am sure that they are real mtDNA, because I checked the sequences with complete mtDNA of the relevant genes. They are aligned well with published data also. I want to prove this to the reviewer...
I got sequences by PCR & Sanger method..... The sequences are around 650 bp... Thank you for request..
It is Panulirus homarus. but for COI region it is 658 bp. for cytb region it is 810 bp.
