I wipe down my work area in the BSC with 70% EtOH, wear PPE, spray my gloves with EtOH and follow good handling measures while performing passage or any other cell culture protocol. Yet, I had a contamination in two of my plates. The remaining of my plates didn't show any contamination. Any opinions on what could have gone wrong? Also, any tips to prevent/reduce contamination would be welcome. Thanks.
