You can use tecplot to do this, export your data from fluent and use multi frames in tecplot

You can use TECPLOT and ORIGIN Pro. these are the best plotting softwares and plots generated in that are very good/clear. GNUPLOT is also a good plotting medium along with TECPLOT 360.

You can load the date of one case in CFDpost. Create the contour you want and save the picture. At this point you substitute the data. If the geometry is the same, the contour will automatically update. At this point you can save the new picture and compare them.

So that you can check two cases together at the same time.
