How can I prepare a sodium pyrophosphate buffer 0.025M and pH 8.3?

I need a procedure.

For Sigma-Aldrich P-8910, sodium pyrophosphate tetrabasic M.W = 265.90 [http://www.sigmaaldrich.com/catalog/product/aldrich/p8010?lang=en®ion=US]

So, one should dissolve 0.66 grams in 100 mL water to reach 0.025M solution (265.90 x 0.1 x 0.025 = 0.66 grams.)
