We are trying to isolate cells from PDX samples of TNBC and are thinking of trying with Matrigel 3D cultures. Has someone done this succesfully and which was the protocol used? Do you think there is a better option than Matrigel? Thanks in advance!
I would recommend to establish cell line directly from tumor rather than establishing from PDX.
