Our lab is currently moving and I'm stuck at our old location trying to freeze down my cells with limited resources. One missing key resource in my freezing of cells is our precious -80C freezer. My usual freezing protocol for these cells is to resuspend cells in 10% DMSO and 90% serum then leave overnight in a freezing chamber in a -80C freezer before moving to LN2 storage.

Any suggestions on how to work around this without a -80C freezer? I'm trying to freeze these cells down in order to use and grow the again in our new location.
