The main marker now is CA19-9, a four sugar polysaccharide glycan structure usually overexpress in pancreatic cancer patients. But if you want to detect in cell culture, you have to check whether they have all the pathway lead to express CA19-9. Such as PSN1 cell line doesn't express this marker in culture unless you transfected necessary sugar transferases.

Our group has defined the tumor markers expressed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma and are able to employ the mAbs that target these immunogenic proteins both by ICH and serum ELISA since the antigens are shed from the earliest transformed cells. These same mAbs are able to target the tumor cells for destruction and are now in clinical trials. The predominant antigen is targeted by NEO-102 , the antigen being a mutated or post translational modification of MUC5ac.
If you want samples of the mAb for IHC you can contact XuePing Wang MD Director of Molecular Biology at Precision Biologics, 445 Northern Blvd. Great Neck NY 11021 If you search the internet you will find several manuscripts referring to this antibody being used in the treatment and diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.
Thanks all answer. I'm greatful. But there is another questions occuring in my mind.
I examined many pancreatic cancer articles and reviews. But you know, I'll work in cell culture. So I have pancreatic cell lines. And they are immortalized strain even if non-agressive, You understand me. I haven't a pancreas or whatever. So I want strong marker which may be in pancreas, in vivo, on normal conditions, when the cancer become a more aggressive and after staging including invasion, metastasis. Since, as I said, I have even immortalized cell lines in the other words cancer cells. I don't know which cancer markers are expressed in my immortalized cells. I know only they are non-agressive.
Marker which you proposed, CA19-9, is appropriate for me ? Or there is more strong marker ? I asked you beacuse as far as I understood, you know this work. I'm waiting your answers. Thanks all helping...
